Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (annual subscription for the developer token of the postleitzahl.net API) within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose or send us a letter to the following postal address.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at Cancellation or by e-mail to info@postleitzahl.net. If you use the online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt containing the content of the notice of withdrawal, as well as the exact date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.

Upon withdrawal, your developer token will be deactivated and the subscription will end.

The developer token is activated in the developer area of your account immediately after successful payment and can be used for requests to the postleitzahl.net API from that moment. The subscription has a term of one year.
